Natural Running Workshops

I run a number of natural running workshops across Hampshire.  

Workshops cater for a maximum of 10 people and last 90 minutes. 

Discover the 3 fundamental principles that will help you run lighter, faster with less impact and improve your running performance. Included is vision work, neural pathway training, exploring gait and cadence and learning how the primary control (relationship between head neck and back) are key to running more naturally and freely. Participants also benefit from video analysis, overview of workshop notes, plus a downloadable audio of the key principles and techniques that can used while running.

Workshops are fun, inspiring, informative and learning takes place for any running ability.
